RadVenture focuses on developing the athletes' skills in this Parkour & Trampoline Camp. Through progressions on the trampoline and parkour, participants will be able to take new tricks out onto our spring floor.

RadVenture focuses on developing athletes' skills in this Freestyle Trampolining and Skateboarding Camp with an emphasis on training and progression.

Athletes move into the LEARN TO TRAIN stage, understanding the rules, tactics, and decision-making in their chosen sport. Coaches focus on guiding the development of coordination and fine motor control. More emphasis is on formalized training methods with a balance of free exploration play. A conversion of movement skills into fundamental sports skills.

A three-part evening at Airhouse where you will be coached to fly high in a freestyle trampoline lesson, encouraged to explore and expand your body awareness with Karalee’s integrative vinyasa yoga workshop, before hopping into the ice baths with Claudia to explore and redefine your boundaries.
